“It's time to review our coverage.”

Bring your renewal date, current approach, and the things that need to work better. We'll identify what to compare and what information comes next.

A few questions, answered

Let's clear things up.

Do I need to know which type of coverage I want?

No. Tell us what prompted your inquiry and what you need coverage to help with. We'll help you identify a useful starting point.

Can you help a business offering benefits for the first time?

Yes. Start with your employee count, locations, timing, and an initial idea of what the business can contribute. We can work through the details together.

Is CHOICE the right approach for every business?

No single approach fits every employer. CHOICE / ICHRA and traditional group coverage have different requirements and tradeoffs. Your workforce, budget, and employee circumstances help determine what is worth exploring.

Which states do you serve?

Our service footprint includes Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri. Specific products, carrier appointments, and services vary by state and will be confirmed for your inquiry.

What should I bring to an employer consultation?

Bring your approximate employee count, employee work locations, current benefits if any, renewal or target date, priorities, and budget questions. Detailed employee census and application information will be collected through the appropriate secure process when needed.

How do I get started?

Choose the employer consultation for business benefits. For personal coverage, Medicare, or other insurance questions, choose the individual consultation. You can also call 844-957-2677, extension 2.
